                <text>O presente trabalho visa ampliar a discussão das questões que envolvem o conforto&#13;
do ser humano no ambiente construído e seus derivados, entendendo o ambiente&#13;
como um lugar onde os usuários se envolvem em ação. Neste estudo, o conceito de&#13;
conforto é abordado a partir de dois aspectos principais: inicialmente o mais comum,&#13;
numa base normativa generativa, com uma aparência mais técnica, funcional, e&#13;
depois sob o prisma menos relevante para a temática do conforto, tem um caráter&#13;
mais subjetivo, centra-se nos sentimentos do usuário e, por fim, enfatiza a referência&#13;
à obra do arquiteto contemporâneo Peter Zumthor. Este trabalho acompanha seu&#13;
desenvolvimento examinando as principais fontes normativas, como normas&#13;
técnicas e marcas de qualidade aplicáveis ao ambiente construído, e aborda o&#13;
pensamento de diversos profissionais contemporâneos que atuam nas questões&#13;
aqui elencadas. Finalizando com a abordagem de pensamento de Peter Zumthor,&#13;
este trabalho revela, e contribui para a discussão do tema, a dicotomia que ainda&#13;
existe nos métodos, se indagados, abrindo caminho para futuras pesquisas</text>

Neste estudo, o conceito de paisagismo é abordado a partir dos aspectos teóricos e&#13;
projetuais com uma aparência mais técnica, funcional, e depois seguindo o mercado&#13;
de luxo, seus aspectos têm um caráter mais subjetivo, centra-se nos sentimentos e&#13;
desejos do usuário. Tendo ênfase na referência à obra do paisagista contemporâneo&#13;
Roberto Burle Marx que foi o grande divisor de águas para o paisagismo brasileiro, a&#13;
partir dos anos 1930, ele introduziu o uso de plantas nativas e um estilo modernista,&#13;
que passou a caracterizar o paisagismo brasileito no cenário internacional. Este&#13;
trabalho mostra o paisagismo nos dias de hoje onde é focado na sustentabilidade,&#13;
preservação da biodiversidade e integração de espaços urbanos com o ambiente.&#13;
Grandes cidades continuam a investir em projetos paisagísticos para melhorar a&#13;
qualidade de vida e a resiliência ambiental. O paisagismo no Brasil é uma&#13;
combinação de influências históricas e uma valorização crescente da flora nativa e&#13;
das soluções sustentáveis, finalizando com a análise de projetos que abordam o&#13;
pensamento de diversos profissionais que atuam no mercado atual.</text>
