Subject The topic of the resource Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objetivo compreender se a criação de uma casa de brincar inclusiva, sustentável e orgânica seria um serviço apreciado pelos moradores da região da Grande Tijuca, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Através de um trabalho de pesquisa exploratória, foi possível descrever as teorias sobre os tópicos relacionados ao tema e utilizá-las como subsídios para a aplicação de um plano de negócios. Para a concepção do plano de negócios da casa de brincar Espaço Maraline, foram propostos os tópicos livre brincar, casa de brincar, sustentabilidade, organicidade e inclusão social, relacionando-os com a identidade do novo espaço. Em seguida, no plano de negócios, foram descritos os tópicos ‘missão, visão e valores’, os objetivos com a criação do espaço, os principais serviços oferecidos e também foram levantados os principais clientes do Espaço Maraline. Deu-se prosseguimento com uma análise de mercado que envolveu o levantamento dos perfis dos clientes, concorrentes, fornecedores, apoiadores e patrocinadores desta casa de brincar diferenciada. Com o resultado desta análise, foi possível desenvolver um plano de marketing que envolveu a criação de estratégias de marketing inclusivos e sustentáveis e também foi possível desenvolver um plano operacional (localização, equipe, horários e valores). Finalizou-se o plano de negócios com a apresentação de uma proposta organizacional e, no capítulo seguinte, iniciou-se a apresentação dos resultados da aplicação de instrumentos de pesquisa. A grupos de potenciais clientes, potenciais fornecedores e potenciais patrocinadores foram aplicados questionários de respostas obrigatórias de múltipla escolha e análise dos resultados obtidos com esta pesquisa foi apresentado em forma de relatório. Ao concluir este projeto, identificou se que os objetivos gerais deste trabalho foram alcançados e foi possível afirmar que a hipótese de que a proposta de criação de uma casa de brincar sustentável, saudável e inclusiva foi aceita e muito apreciada pelos moradores da região da Grande Tijuca e de seus arredores.
